Massimo Pedrazzini

CHAIRMAN

Massimo is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ST Real Estate Holding Inc. He has been involved with ST Real Estate Holding Inc. since 2010. From 1985 to 2006, Massimo worked at the Tettamanti Spiess & Associati law firm, where he became a partner in 1993. Massimo’s focus areas were contract law, M&A, corporate law, international tax law, and financial law. During this period, he advised industrial and financial companies on cross-border joint ventures and M&A transactions in Europe, Asia, and America. Massimo holds a Degree in Law from Geneva University. Massimo is also Chairman of Fidinam Group, ST Group Holding Inc., Sterling Strategic Value Fund, and the Investment Committee. He serves as Vice-Chairman of SSVL (Monaco) S.A.M.

Giulia Nobili

VICE CHAIRMAN

Giulia is the Vice Chairman of ST Real Estate Holding Inc. (STRE). She joined STRE in 2010. Giulia has over 30 years of experience in corporate boards and investment banking, focusing on strategy, business development, restructuring, operations, and integration. She started her career in private equity at CVC and then transitioned to investment banking at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers. In 1999, she joined Telecom Italia as an international strategy and corporate development manager. In 2003, she joined Cable & Wireless as Group Director for Strategy and Business Development and became a board member of Monaco Telecom in 2007. In 2007, she moved to Diageo as a senior management team member, responsible for global M&A and integration management. From 2011 to 2018, Giulia was a partner at Ares Life Sciences, a private equity healthcare fund managed by Waypoint Capital. Giulia holds a degree in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Bocconi University. She is also Chairman of SSVL (Monaco) S.A.M., Vice-Chairman of the Investment Committee, and a board member of ST Group Holding Inc. and Fidinam Group.

Patrick Lardi

Board Member & Investment Advisor

Member of the Board of Directors since 2015. Extensive experience in asset management, project management, and business development. Worked, among others, for a Swiss-based group specialized in industrial and residential real estate. He is also Chairman and General Manager of STRE Management DMCC and a board member of STRE Management in Australia and the USA. He holds an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from Università della Svizzera Italiana.

Fabien Tardito

Board Member & Financial Advisor

Fabien obtained his qualifications with a Master’s degree in International Asset Management from the CERAM Business School, Sophia Antipolis/Nice (1996, Valedictorian), and a DESS CAAE from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE), Nice (1996). In 1996, he joined Lazard Brothers Asset Management in London, covering strategic analysis and budget preparation. From 1998 to 1999, he worked with State Street Banque SA in Paris as a Client Services Officer. Fabien joined the ST Group in 1999, taking a role with Fidinam Multi Family Office S.A.M. in Monaco. His duties included finance and administration, with responsibility for accounting, documentation and reporting, custody, and day-to-day relationships with banks. He also focused on cash management, hedging, and risk management. In 2010, he was promoted to Managing Director. The Monaco office acts as the corporate secretary and accounting department for various companies within the ST Group.

Sophie Gest

Board Member

Sophie joined the ST Group in 2006. She is part of the Monaco team, where she advises and oversees the treasury and liquid financial investments of the Group’s companies. She particularly focuses on cash management, liquidity enhancement solutions, and relationships with banks and financial partners. She started her career in Paris and London as a financial intermediary in interest rate derivatives. She then transitioned to private banking and worked for ABN Amro Bank NV Monaco for seven years as a Treasurer and Head of Advisory. She has been an active member of the ACI Financial Market Association since 1996 and is part of the Executive Board of ACI Monaco. Sophie graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris with a Diploma in Market Finance and holds a postgraduate Master of Science in Finance from Lancaster University (UK).

Aldo Ghisletta

Board Member

Aldo joined the Group in 2019 as a Director resident in the Cayman Islands. Originally from Switzerland, he is a part-time Administration Manager of Morval Bank & Trust Cayman Ltd. and an independent director serving a range of clients from hedge funds, investment management companies, holding companies, and mutual funds. He has more than 45 years of experience in the financial sector. His career began in Switzerland, working for BSI and Banca Unione di Credito. In 1998, he moved to the Cayman Islands , where he led the establishment of the operations of Banca Unione di Credito Cayman. In 2002, he moved to DMS Governance Ltd , as a Director and was later appointed Chairman of the Board. Aldo holds a degree in Banking and Business Administration from the Swiss Confederation. He is a Registered Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority , and he is also a Notary Public.

Jennison Nunez

Board Member

Jennison joined the Group in 2020 as a Director resident in the Cayman Islands. He started his career in the financial industry as a banker in 1969 with Barclays Bank International Ltd. in Belize City. Over the years, he worked with Barclays in Barbados and the Cayman Islands. He was Manager of CICSA Credit Union from 1986 to 1988 and Manager of Cayman International Trust Company Ltd. from 1988 to 1995. In 1995, he transitioned into the life and general insurance industry. He has been a Director of Morval Bank & Trust Company since 1995 and served as Director and Managing Director from 2014 to 2017. He is also an independent director of several mutual funds. He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Central and a former Chairman of the Cayman Islands National Insurance Company from 2013 to 2017. He was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2008.
