STRE Management USA announces the grand opening of AVIVA Port St. Lucie, marking a significant milestone in its portfolio of residential properties. The community has reached over 25% occupancy, with the first move-ins in early November.
The grand opening celebration on December 4 brought together industry professionals, key stakeholders, and community members. The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony and guided tours of the state-of-the-art facilities. Executive Chef Marc Rosen, renowned for his culinary quality, curated a special menu highlighting AVIVA’s commitment to providing residents with an exceptional dining experience.
