STRE Management DMCC is pleased to announce the establishment of STRE Management USA, a new operational unit designed to enhance the management and oversight of its U.S. portfolio properties. This strategic move underscores the group’s long-standing commitment to the U.S. market, dating back to the 1980s, and its dedication to delivering high-quality service through local management.
STRE Management USA will oversee a portfolio valued at over $400 million, including properties in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, and New York. The focus will be on value-added development, construction, and the management of multifamily, independent – and senior living communities.
In addition to providing direct oversight, STRE Management USA will collaborate closely with local partners such as American Realty Investors LP, A.B. Lloyd Construction, Greystar, Lloyd Jones LLC, and Wiederkehr Real Estate AG. This collaboration ensures comprehensive asset and property management services, leveraging internal expertise and local market knowledge.
The new unit will be led by Davor Ninkovic, a seasoned asset and property management professional who has been part of the group since 2009. His expertise will be pivotal to the success of STRE’s operations in the U.S.
