With entrepreneurial spirit at his core, Patrick takes his wide business and cross-industry experience to whoever he encounters on his frequent travels across the world’s continents, whether it be in the Rwandan savannah, in a start-up workspace, or traditional corporate board room in Australia or USA. Patrick successfully works for ST Real Estate in multiple roles since 2014, enriching his experience in commercial real estate investment in Australia and residential real estate investment in the USA.
Fabien Tardito
Board Member & Financial Advisor
Fabien joined Fidinam MFO in 1999 and was appointed Managing Director in 2010. He holds responsibility for accounting, documentation, reporting, custody, bank relationships, cash management, hedging as well as risk management for the group companies. He is a Board Member of ST Group Holding, ST Real Estate Holding, ST Services Holding Inc., and Sterling Strategic Value Fund.
Sophie Gest
Board Member & Treasury Advisor
Sophie advises and oversees the treasury and liquid financial investments of the Group’s companies. She focuses on cash management, liquidity enhancement solutions, and relationships with banks and financial partners. Her career started in Paris and London on interest rate derivatives trading desks before joining ABN AMRO Private Banking as a treasurer and head of the advisory in Monaco. Sophie joined Fidinam Group in 2006. As President of ACI Financial Market Association Monaco, she is really involved with the financial community of the Principality.
Giovanni Susta
Deputy General manager
Giovanni joined ST Real Estate in 2022 as Deputy General Manager and Director of Business Development and Innovation at STRE Management DMCC. He leads business development, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives, while also overseeing the Australian subsidiary and other key management roles. Before STRE, Giovanni gained extensive experience in Facilities and Property Management, working as Country and Regional Manager for leading Italian integrated FM company in the Gulf. He holds a Master’s in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and an MBA from Imperial College London, where his final project explored Real Estate and the Metaverse, focusing on phygital Real-Estate-as-a-Service.
Silvia Guerra
Chief financial officer
Silvia joined Fidinam Consulting in October 2024, with one of her mandates being to serve as Chief Financial Officer of STRE Management companies in UAE, USA, and Australia. She specializes in administration, finance, and controlling. Before joining STRE, Silvia gained extensive experience in the industrial, real estate, and fiduciary sectors, working across various accounting fields. Her career began in logistics, managing warehouse operations, and progressed to financial statement analysis and internal audit responsibilities. Silvia holds a Bachelor’s Professional in Accounting from Switzerland and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax & Law.
Paolo Zanazza
External Legal Counsel
Paolo started his career with Rödl & Partner Milan, a leading German law firm, where he worked for 6 years in the M&A German Desk team. He has expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and commercial agreements. In 2015, after his time with the M&A team at KPMG Milan, Paolo joined Studio Legale Avv. Massimo G. Pedrazzini SA in Lugano to help Swiss and international clients. In May 2023, he co-founded Studio Legale Pedrazzini Zanazza & Associati SA with Avv. Massimo Pedrazzini.
Alexandra Fournier

Alexandra joined Fidinam Group in 2021 as a Legal & Compliance Officer. Her professional career started with 5 years as a bailiff in France. Later, Alexandra moved to Monaco where she spent 11 years working for a company services provider.
Davor Ninkovic
MANAGING DIRECTOR, USA
Davor is the Managing Director at STRE Management USA, overseeing the multifamily and senior living portfolio. He joined STRE in 2022 as Business Digitalisation and Portfolio Manager. Previously, Davor worked at GPM, a division of the Fidinam Group, where he developed solid expertise in real estate management and led financial and administrative teams. He also contributed to corporate reengineering and digitalisation projects and served as a delegate for the group’s pension fund. His interest in real estate and financial management began with a four-year apprenticeship at Giovanni Quadri SA, a Swiss construction company. Davor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance and Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland.
Camilo E. Padron

Camilo joined ST Real Estate in October 2024 as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Manager. He specializes in acquisition evaluation, partnership development, and portfolio management, with a focus on Multifamily and Senior Living assets. Previously, at Lloyd Jones, an investment partner of STRE, Camilo served as CIO, overseeing all multifamily, development and hotel assets along with STRE’s US portfolio. Earlier in his career, Camilo worked at Landmark, leading the evaluation of acquisitions and development opportunities. He was also Director of Capital Markets at Janover, where he arranged debt and equity for multifamily and commercial real estate assets across the United States. Camilo holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Miami. Camilo is on the advisory board for the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University.
Matthew Burrows

Matthew has over 25 years of real estate experience in Australian markets with a focus on office value-add and turnaround situations. His managerial experience encompasses the role of Head of Property at Garda (ASX:GDF), a boutique value-add REIT, and CEO of Denison Funds Management, a turnaround aggregator of assets post-GFC funded by Forum Asia Realty LP III. Matthew was also a joint-managing director at Hortons and a senior leasing manager at JLL. He holds a Master’s degree in Management. Matthew is a non-executive member of the University of Western Sydney’s property committee.

Patrick Cui joined STRE Management Australia (formerly Fidinam Australasia) in 2023 as Associate Director, Head of Melbourne. He specialises in asset management and leasing, overseeing a portfolio valued at AUD 500 million. Before joining STRE, Patrick gained extensive experience in commercial real estate with Bayley Stuart Capital and Riverlee Group. Throughout his career, he has delivered outstanding leasing outcomes and implemented bespoke asset management strategies with a hands-on, value-added approach. Patrick holds a Master of Property (Valuation), a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Finance, and a Bachelor of Business. He is also a fully licensed estate agent in Victoria.
Emma-Le Huynh

Emma-Le Huynh has been a Property Analyst at ST Real Estate since 2023. She focuses on analysing commercial property market data to identify market trends and guide decision-making. Prior to her current role, Emma-Le gained extensive experience in Property Management at Cityview Real Estate, where she worked as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent, overseeing property maintenance and ensuring high standards of upkeep. Emma-Le holds a Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and has also completed a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.

Lien Nguyen has been the Finance Manager at STRE Management Australia (formerly Fidinam Australasia) since 2017. With a solid foundation in finance, Lien plays a critical role in ensuring the financial success and stability of our organisation. Before joining STRE, Lien held roles as a Business Services Chartered Accountant at TMF Group and Ernst & Young. With a decade of corporate accounting expertise, Lien brings a wealth of 10 years of experience in corporate accounting to her role, making her a trusted expert in financial management and reporting. Lien holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ritsumeikan University, Japan. She is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
